Having a massive frontage on the Kalyan Shil Road and the alignment of the plot being approximately perpendicular to the Kalyan Shil road, creation of a strong axis became a very important for this project. At the heart of this project lies a 12 acre garden around which the residential, commercial and other developments are located. The central garden is developed as a central park with a 1.2 km jogging and bicycle track, two large playgrounds with amphitheaters, nature themed play areas and other amenities such as formal gardens, conservatories, herb and spice gardens, etc.
